No Refund Policy:
All purchases made through The Strawberry Farm are final and non-refundable. This includes all pre-paid items, strawberry picking fees, and any services booked in advance.

Cancellations and No-shows:
If a customer does not attend their appointment, no refund will be provided due to the costs incurred for preparations. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Strawberry Picking Fees:
All fees for strawberry picking are non-refundable, even if the experience cannot be completed due to external circumstances.
