The Restaurant - Forage & Feast
Forage & Feast is our family restaurant, based on good quality, value for money meals.
These ideals can be summed up by the philosophy of the Slow Food movement, and this ethos is:
- Good, fresh, seasonal and locally produced (where-ever possible).
- Producing clean food that is not harmful to the environment, animal welfare or our own health.
- Fair market conditions and reasonably priced food items.
We rely on the seasonal produce grown on the farm. This produce is grown naturally, without the use of artificial chemicals, pesticides or herbicides, and is allowed to grow to it's full potential, down in the fields. Yes, we use the farms' heirloom vegetables, so don't be surprised if you come across purple, white, red or yellow carrots or yellow, orange, purple or green tomatoes, different lettuces, red or pink or blue potatoes, these are normal for us. Yes, different. Yes, exciting. No, not genetically modified in any way.
Our times are as follows:
Saturday to Sunday 08:00 to 16:00
Feel free to bring your own alcohol. Soft drinks, mixers and milkshakes are for sale along with ice buckets

Our menus are seasonal.
Our menus are often bolstered with a chalkboard specials board.
